the problem with people doing yu favours is that yu end up feeling indebted to them. in fact we're almost like a marketplace where transactions take place all the time, people giving and people receiving, and the only difference is that the price yu pay is entirely up to yu. yu could even choose not to return the favour at all, but one must remember that in business networks, reputation plays a large part too. having things done for yu is definitely worth appreciating, however the feeling yu get that yu owe them really makes one reconsider accepting favours.
